I appreciate utilizing up-to-date hiring trends and new technologies and tools to give you a leg up in your career journey.
My Story
Katie Niznik started her career as a recruiter for varying sized companies, mostly working within campus recruiting. Realizing her passion for developing early talent, she returned to school, earning her master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, with an emphasis in Career and Mental Health. She has worked in Employer Engagement at the Carlson School of Management, cultivating relationships with hiring teams across the country in many different industries. Besides private career coaching, she also works at the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Minnesota, meeting with undergraduate students, graduate students, and alumni of the university. Katie is a mental health advocate, especially interested in the intersection between career and mental health. She loves chicken wings, her partner Rob, the Minnesota Vikings, and her Corgi/Australian Shepherd, Beau.
